Ready to apply? Follow the steps below to begin your rental application.
1. Sign In or Create Your Account
First, log in to your account.
If you don’t have one yet, you’ll create it before starting the application.
(You only need one account for all future applications.)
2. Choose Your Applicant Type
You’ll be asked what role you have in the application:
- Applicant — You will live in the home (everyone 18+ selects this)
- Guarantor — You will not live there, but you’re financially supporting someone who is
⚠️ Applying with other people?
Only one person should start the application first.
After they begin, they will invite all additional household members and guarantors from inside the application.
Do not start separate applications unless you were invited — this can delay processing.
3. Select the Property
Next, choose the rental you want to apply for.
- If you clicked an apply link from a listing → it will already appear
- Otherwise, search by address, price, bedrooms, or bathrooms
Click Apply next to the correct property.
4. Complete the Application
After selecting the property, just follow the prompts step-by-step to enter:
- Personal details
- Housing history
- Income information
- Screening & verification
You can leave and return later — your progress saves automatically.
Helpful Tips
- Everyone 18+ living in the home needs their own application
- The first applicant invites all others (roommates, spouse, guarantor)
- Make sure you choose the correct property before continuing
