Uploading Best Practices

You can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of manually uploading your identification documents by following these tips:

  • Use High-Quality Images: Ensure that the pictures of your identification documents are clear, focused, and of high resolution. Blurry or pixelated images may cause delays in the application process.
  • Capture Full Documents: Take photos of the entire identification document, including all four corners. This helps ensure that all relevant information is visible and legible, reducing the likelihood of requests for additional documentation.
  • Avoid Glare and Shadows: Position your identification documents in a well-lit area without harsh glares or shadows. This helps in producing clear images, making it easier for the property manager to review the details.
  • Check Legibility: Before uploading, zoom in on the pictures to confirm that all text, numbers, and images on your identification are legible. If any part is unclear, consider retaking the photo to prevent potential processing issues.
  • Upload in Correct Orientation: Ensure that the pictures are uploaded in the correct orientation. This reduces the need for the property management team to rotate or adjust the images, streamlining the application review process.
  • Secure Environment: Take precautions to maintain the security of your personal information. Choose a private and secure location to capture the images, and delete any temporary files from your device after successfully submitting the application.
  • Combine Multiple Pages: If your identification document consists of multiple pages, consider combining them into a single file before uploading. This simplifies the review process and ensures all components are included.
  • Double-Check Information: Before submitting, double-check that all the information on your identification documents matches the details provided in your application form.
