How to Access Your Credit Score and Credit Report

If you would like to review your credit information before applying, there are several ways to access your credit score and credit report. Some options are free, while others may charge a fee.

Need a copy of the credit report used during your application?

Please contact the Leasing Team directly. Credit reports are not available through the rental application portal.

Get Your Credit Score

You may be able to view your credit score through the following services:

  • Experian – Offers free access to your Experian FICO® Score 8 through a free account.
  • myFICO – Offers both free and paid options. The free plan includes your Equifax credit report and FICO® Score 8.
  • TransUnion – Offers access to a VantageScore® credit score through its online service.

Get Your Credit Report

You can obtain a copy of your credit report from the following sources:

  • AnnualCreditReport.com – The official site authorized by federal law. You can access free credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
  • Experian – Provides access to your Experian credit report. Additional reports may be available through premium services.
  • myFICO – Includes an Equifax credit report with its free plan.
  • TransUnion – Offers free and paid options for accessing and monitoring your credit report.

Check With Your Bank or Credit Card Provider

Many banks and credit card companies provide free access to your credit score as a customer benefit. Some participating institutions include:

  • American Express
  • Bank of America
  • Barclaycard
  • Citi
  • Discover
  • Wells Fargo

Contact your bank or credit card provider to see if this benefit is available to you.
