When completing the application, it cannot be submitted without payment whether from a credit card or a coupon.
How to Pay the Application Fee
- After consenting to a background check, you’ll be prompted to pay an application fee (if applicable).
- Review the Application fee and terms and click next. If you have a coupon code, click Have a coupon code? to enter your code.
- You’ll be taken to a payment screen, hosted by Stripe. Enter in your payment method details and click Pay.
- Once your payment is submitted, you’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Click next to move on to the next step of the process: Household Info.
