We’ve all forgotten our passwords before! You can easily reset your password on the application login page.
Reset Your Password
- Click Login and enter your email in the email field.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Check your email and follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.
Tips:
- If you request multiple password resets, the previous requests will be invalid. Be sure to click the Change Password button in the most recent email.
- Password links will expire after one hour. Reset your password as soon as you request it.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. Make sure your email is typed correctly. If you notice a mistake with your email, contact the support team through the application portal. Select Ask a Question.
