I’m stuck on a step in the Application or I’m experiencing technical issues. What can I do?

Follow these troubleshooting steps to help move forward in the application.

When completing an application, it's possible for the application to freeze or get stuck on a specific page depending on your browser version, settings, or phone settings.

To troubleshoot:

  • Be sure that you have cookies enabled
  • Use the latest version of your internet browser
  • Enable pop-ups
  • Change the resolution of your browser by zooming out or zooming in
  • Try a different browser. Google Chrome is the most compatible with the application
  • Clear cache and cookies if you are still unable to move forward
  • Identify the step in the application where there are issues and what exactly the experience is. Then, reach out to technical support by clicking Ask Question > I have an issue with the website.
