Within your application portal, you can easily get updates from the Leasing Team by requesting an update. Select the application you want to get updates on and click “Request an update from….”
Then, click the second option (I’ve got a question about the home I’m applying to…) to send an email directly to the Leasing Team.
They will reach out to you in response to your email message.
