If the option is available in your application, you may be able to switch your application to a different property instead of starting over.
(This depends on the leasing companyโs settings โ some properties do not allow changes.)
1. Sign In and Open Your Application
Log in to your application portal and open the application you want to update.
2. Select Change Property

On the left side of the application, under the current property details, click Change Property.
A list of available properties will appear.
3. Choose a New Property
Select the property you want to apply for and confirm your selection.
Your application will now be linked to the new property.
What to Expect After Changing
Different properties may have different:
- Pricing
- Qualification requirements
- Deposits
- Pet policies
- Required documents
You may be asked to review or complete additional questions after switching.
Important Notes
- This option only appears if the leasing company allows transfers
- You do not need to create a new application
- If you donโt see Change Property, contact the leasing team for help
