If you started the wrong application or no longer want to apply, you can cancel it from your application portal.
This removes the application from your dashboard and notifies the leasing team that you are no longer applying.
1. Sign In
Log in to your application portal using the email and password you created when applying.
After signing in, youβll see a list of all applications you have started.
2. Find the Application
Locate the application you want to remove.
This is commonly used when:
- You started the wrong property
- You created duplicate applications
- You decided not to move forward
3. Delete the Application

- Click Delete
- Enter a reason for canceling
- Click Yes to confirm
What Happens Next
- The application disappears from your portal
- The leasing team sees it marked as Canceled
- The property will no longer review it
Providing a reason helps the property understand why you chose not to continue.
Important Notes
- Only cancel applications you do not want processed
- Each household member must cancel their own application
- If you still plan to apply to that property, do not delete it
