This step connects everyone who will live in the home (and any guarantor) to one shared application and future lease.
If someone applies separately instead of being invited, it can delay approval β so follow the steps below carefully.

Who Should Be Added?
You should add:
- All adults (18+) living in the home
- Children (under 18)
- A guarantor (if required or allowed)
Everyone must be part of the same household application to be reviewed together.
Add Adults, Children, or a Guarantor
- Go to the Household Info section in your application.
- Click Add.
- Choose the type of person youβre adding:
- Adult (18+) β roommate, spouse, partner, family member living in the home
- Child (under 18) β minor occupants only (no screening required)
- Guarantor β someone financially supporting the application but not living there
- Enter their contact information.
- They will receive an email with a link to complete their portion.
β οΈ They must use this invitation link.
Starting a new application instead will delay processing.
Editing or Removing Someone
Before submitting the application, you can make changes.

- Go to Household Info
- Click Update
- Choose:
- βοΈ Edit β fix their information
- π Remove β delete them from the application


Adding Someone After You Already Submitted
You can still invite someone later.

- Open your application from your dashboard
- Click Add Person

- Choose Applicant or Guarantor
- Enter their contact info
- Theyβll receive a link to apply
They must complete the application from that link.
Common Mistake (Very Important)
Do NOT have each person apply separately.
Everyone should be invited by the first applicant so:
- The household is reviewed together
- Screening results connect to the same lease
- Processing is not delayed
If someone already applied separately, contact support to combine applications.
