Automated income verification provides enhanced privacy, security, convenience, and speed for you and the property manager. By electronically submitting this information directly from your bank it increases accuracy and completeness, potentially qualifying faster for your desired home.
If accepted by the property management company, you may be able to upload bank statements manually. There will be an option to skip bank connection under the start button for bank verification. If the link is not there, bank connection is required.
For the most effective upload, be sure to download bank statements directly from your bank in PDF format.
How to Upload Bank Statements Manually
- When prompted on the screen to upload your bank statement, click on the box that says Upload.
- A popup window will appear where you can locate your bank statements. Select the bank statement and uploading will begin.
