Your rental application uses secure tools for identity verification, uploads, payments, and saving progress.
If your browser blocks permissions, parts of the application may freeze or fail.
Use this guide if something won’t load, won’t continue, or won’t verify your ID.
First — Use the Right Device

If your computer has no camera, the application will recommend you continue ID verification on another device.
Recommended Browsers
Use the latest version of:
- Google Chrome (best overall)
- Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Other browsers may cause:
- Blank screens
- Upload failures
- Payments not loading
- Buttons doing nothing
Required Permissions (Most Issues Are Here)
Your browser must allow:
- Camera
- Pop-ups
- Cookies
If any are blocked, the application cannot continue.
1) Camera Permission — Required for ID Verification
Used to scan your ID and take a selfie.
Symptoms
- Camera won’t open
- Black screen
- “Camera unavailable”
- Verification won’t start
Fix — Phone (iPhone / Android)
Go to your device settings:

- Open Settings
- Tap Safari (or your browser)
- Camera → set to Allow or Ask

- For mobile devices below iOS 13, check your "Camera & Microphone Access" in your Settings:
- Go to Settings on your device
- Scroll down and open Safari
- Ensure "Camera" is set to "Ask" or "Allow"
- For mobile devices on iOS 13, tap the "AA" icon in URL bar in the top left. Then tap "Website Settings", which will enable you to set camera permissions to "Allow or Ask" instead of "Deny".
Fix — Computer (Chrome / Edge)
- Click the 🔒 icon next to the website address
- Find Camera
- Set to Allow
- Refresh the page
2) Pop-Ups — Required for Payments & Bank Connection
Symptoms
- Next button does nothing
- Payment window closes
- Bank login never opens
- Page looks stuck
Fix
Allow pop-ups for the application website.
📱 iPhone users: Safari blocks pop-ups by default — you must allow them.
3) Cookies — Required to Save Progress
Cookies keep you signed in and prevent restarting.
Symptoms
- Logged out repeatedly
- Application restarts
- Steps reset
- Can’t move forward
Fix
Enable cookies in your browser settings.
