Anyone over 18 and living in the property will need to complete an application. If you require a guarantor, they will complete the same application that you did. The process is the same.
There are two ways you can invite an applicant or guarantor:
- from the application list in the portal
- within the application under Household Info
How to Invite an Applicant or Guarantor from the Application List
Add another applicant or a guarantor by clicking on the icon. Select Invite Applicant or Invite Guarantor.
After selecting either Applicant or Guarantor, you’ll complete the form to provide contact details.
The applicant or guarantor will receive a direct link in their email to apply for the property or be added as a guarantor.
How to Add an Applicant or Guarantor within the Application
- Click view on the application and then select Update for Household Info.
- Click add for the relevant addition to the application.
- A similar pop-up as above will appear for you to provide contact details.
- Click save and a direct link will be sent to the invitee.
