Check the Status of Your Tour Request
After you request a tour, the leasing team reviews it and either approves or declines the time.
You’ll usually receive an email update — but you can also check the status anytime in your account.
1. Sign In
Log in to the same account you used to schedule the tour.
You can return using the link from your email or by going to the portal directly.
2. Open Scheduled Tours
Once logged in, go to Scheduled Tours.

You’ll see your requested property and the current status displayed under the property information.

Possible statuses include:
- Requested — waiting for review
- Approved — your tour is confirmed
- Denied — tour is not approved
3. Request an Update or Make Changes
If your request is still pending or you need to make changes:
- Click Update

- Select Request Update

This sends a message to the leasing team — the fastest way to contact them about your showing.

You can also update:
- Personal information
- Qualification answers
- Requested tour date or time
Important Notes
- Email notifications are sent when the status changes
- If you don’t see the email, check your portal
- Messaging from the tour page contacts the leasing team directly
Checking your portal ensures you always have the latest tour information, even if you miss the email notification.
