How to Use the NoKey App for Your Self-Guided Tour – Screening

With the NoKey App, you can tour properties securely and independently — no access codes or keys needed!

Follow these steps to get started.

Before your tour, download the app using the link in your tour confirmation email.

Open the app and sign in using the same account you used to request your tour.

Once signed in, you’ll see a list of your approved tours on the home screen.

When your tour time begins, an “Access Home” button will appear. Tap it to open your tour details.

Once you arrive at the property:

Issue	What to Try
“Access Home” button isn’t showing	Wait until your scheduled tour window begins.
Door won’t unlock	Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and you’re standing close to the door.
App won’t open	Try closing and reopening the app. Ensure you’re signed in with the same account used to request the tour.
