If your tour is self-guided, you’ll unlock the property using a temporary access code on your phone.
You’ll receive several emails before your tour.
Use the most recent email (sent the day of your tour).
1. Go to the Property
Stand directly in front of the home’s front door.
Before continuing, make sure:
- Location services are turned on for your phone
- You are within your scheduled tour time
The code will not work early or after your time ends.
2. Open the Access Link
In your tour email, tap Access Rental.
You’ll be taken to the same login page you used when scheduling the tour.
Log in using your email and password.
3. Get Your Access Code
After logging in, you’ll see the property address.
- Tap Get Access Code
- A temporary code will appear
- Enter the code on the door lock
The code only works while you are physically near the door.
If No Code Appears
Most issues are caused by location settings.
First, check:
- Location services enabled on your phone
- You are at the correct property
- Your tour time has started
Still not working?
Download the mobile app (iOS or Android) and log in using the same account.
Try accessing the property again from the app.
