How to Schedule a Property Tour
You can request a tour directly from the property listing.
Follow the steps below to choose a time and send your request to the leasing team.
1. Select the Property
In the property list, you’ll see:
- A calendar on the left
- Available properties on the right
Click Tour for the property you want to visit.
2. Sign In or Create an Account
You’ll be asked to either log in or create an account.
New account
Enter:
- Your legal first and last name (must match your ID)
- A valid email address
- A phone number (US, Canada, or Mexico)
- A password
Using your legal name helps the leasing team verify your identity and allows you to reuse this information later if you apply.
Already have an account
Log in using your existing email and password.
3. Verify Your Phone Number
You’ll receive a verification code to confirm your phone number.
Enter the code to continue.
4. Confirm Your Information
You’ll review and complete a few details:
- Confirm your legal name
- Verify your identity (if required)
- Desired move-in timeframe
- How you heard about the property
- Pets (if any)
- Monthly household income
- Qualification questions (yes/no or short answers)
Identity Verification (If Requested)
Some properties require ID verification before touring.
You may be asked to either:
- Upload photos of your ID (front and back), or
- Take live photos of your ID and a selfie
Use a device with a camera and have a valid, unexpired ID ready.
5. Request a Tour Time
Enter your preferred showing time and submit your request.
- The leasing team must review and approve the time
- If a time cannot be selected, the leasing team will contact you to schedule
You’ll sign to confirm your request before submitting.
Possible Tour Fee
Some properties require a small fee to confirm your tour request.
If required, you’ll see a payment step before submission.
What Happens Next
After submitting:
- The leasing team reviews your request
- They will confirm or adjust the tour time
- You’ll receive a message with the details
Requesting a tour does not commit you to renting — it simply lets the leasing team coordinate a showing time with you.
