After completing income verification, you’ll be asked to add your employment and income details.
This helps the leasing team understand how rent will be paid.
1. Add Your Income Source

Click Add and choose the type that best describes your income:
- Job / Employment — traditional employer
- Self-Employed / Contracting — freelance or business income
- Additional Income — benefits, assistance, stipends, or other payments
You can add multiple sources if needed.

Provide the following:
- Employment status (past, current, or future)
- Employer name
- Position
- Start date
- Monthly income (before taxes)
- Optional comments
- If you plan to leave the job, add an end date.

- You may also allow the leasing team to contact your supervisor. If you choose this option, you must enter an email or phone number.

2. Upload Supporting Documents

After adding employment, you’ll upload verification documents.
The application will show how many are required.
Common documents:
- Recent pay stubs
- Bank statements
PDF files work best for uploads.
You may upload extra documents, but the required number must be completed before continuing.
3. Edit or Remove Employment

Before submitting:
- Go to Employment History
- Click Update
- Choose:
- ✏️ Edit — change details
- 🗑 Delete — remove entry
- Add — add another income source
After Submitting the Application
You can still update employment details until the leasing team begins processing the application.
Open your application → select Update under Employment History → make changes → save.
Once processing starts, editing may no longer be available.
Providing accurate employment information helps the leasing team review your application faster and prevents verification delays.
