If you own a vehicle, whether it's a car, motorcycle, or other mode of transportation, you’ll enter this information. This article will walk you through the steps of adding vehicles to your rental application.
How to Add Vehicles
To add your Vehicle to your application, click the blue ADD button on the Rental Application.
How to Enter Details about your Vehicles
To add your Vehicles to your application, click the ADD button.
You can edit and remove a vehicle at any time to keep your rental application up to date.
Type
Describe the type of vehicle use will be adding to your rental application. You can choose between:
- Car
- Trailer
- Motorcycle or Scooter
- Other
Make
Enter the Maker of your vehicle. In the example above, you will see Toyota used - this is the Maker of the car.
Model
Enter the Model of your vehicle. In the example above, you will see Corolla entered - this is the Model of the car.
Year
Enter the Year of your vehicle. In the example above, you will see 2019 entered - this is the date the car was made.
Color
Enter the Color of your car.In the example above, you will see Black entered - this is the color of the car.
License Plate State & Number
Enter your License Plate State and Number. You can choose your State from the drop down menu or begin typing in the name.
Is your vehicle used for corporate purposes or considered oversized?
As part of your rental application, you can provide whether or not your vehicle is oversized or used for corporate purposes.
How Update Vehicle Information
If you need to make changes to your vehicles or add another vehicle, choose the Update button from the Home page on the Rental Application. You can edit any details of your vehicle.
